Global A & V Process 
After gold or CreditPass member’s information about their products and services have posted in www.vietnamb2b.com Trade Portal, these information are sent to ACP organization to implement Global A&V checking. This process include the following steps::
Step 1:
ACP will directly sent Global A&V introduction email and formally confirm www.vietnamb2b.com Trade Portal as one of the strategic and unique partner of ACP in Vietnam.
Step 2:
During 1-2 days of working hour after receiving the email , gold or Creditpass member will receive one of the Global A&V representatives’ contract
Step 3:
Representatives of Global A&V will phone gold or CreditPass member to check reliable information of business entities providing to www.vietnamb2b.com and other information.
Step 4:
ACP will be able to confirm information and provide Global A&V certificate to business entities if the following requirement are completed::

• All business entities’ documents providing to ACP are checked by Global A&V representatives in Vietnam.
• All documents are sent by fax/email from 1-2 working days .
• After Global A&V representatives have phoned to business entities from 1-2 working day.
• Accepting all terms and conditions when using Global A&V servises.
